Arco Realty is a long standing property management company in our city owned by the Agapion family. They are slumlords. You have them where you live too, but shouldn't either. When five poor immigrant children died in a fire at one of their shitholes due to faulty maintenance work in May 2018, it set us off. The city finally acted with teeth to hold them accountable, except no one went to prison. The property is under new management and they swear to do better. We'll see and hopefully new changes to ordinances will help. No one should live in squander in dangerous conditions in constant fear and worry in a country this wealthy. These conditions are consequences of this system as a whole and who it benefits. We deserve better.
