Have been delivered, but they didn’t do a goddamn thing It’s the same shit over and over The cycle repeats and we will break because of you Get up off your knees It’s time to act and make demands That this insanity It will not stand And only us together can heal this sick society

Condemnation! No more slumlords like Arco Realty After 60 plus years your reign is over Backlogs of repairs and complaints Ignoring unsafe conditions Constant misery, pain and neglect that guarantees an early death Preying on the most vulnerable with no accountability While the Agapion’s cash in on the backs of the poor No more slumlords Immigrants have basic human rights like we all do It’s time to stand up and fight for those who are voiceless This includes those who end up homeless in this system Safe affordable housing now No more slumlords like Arco Realty Guilty realty

Not mentioning Trump explicitly in any of the lyrics is somewhat intentional, since it should be so obvious he symbolizes everything wrong with this society and culture. It's also because, and more importantly, there are many actors in this and it's systemic. The focus needs to be broader with an emphasis on how we got here historically and what to do about it in resistance in solidarity. For 8 years prior, everyone was ignoring the same movement that never stopped in the background that got us here today once the office changed hands. There are plenty of bad actors responsible for our collective misery. It's not just the figureheads. It's systemic.
